Hey beautiful person,

It has been a week now since storm Emma struck Ireland and had the majority of the country on standby! I am glad to be finally back to work  because I was slowly losing motivation to be productive. I just thought to share with you guys how I prepare for my week. I noticed that last year, I got very unorganised and it affected my productivity level, this also made me more stressed as everything seemed last minute. I shared with you guys in this post, my most recent life update. Basically this year I have been learning to balance college work with my blog, family and my life in general.

The first thing I do is look at my diary and look at what I have planned. I am grateful for this diary, my friend Tayo (_testyles) got me my first proper diary last year. This year I went ahead and got my own and honestly, I find it has been a great way to organise my plans.

Planning has helped me so much, I now organise my weekly outfit ahead. I find this works for me, that way I don’t have to worry about it every morning. It also eliminates one stress, try it out and let me know how it works out.

I have been trying to eat more healthy. I have been planning my meals and this has been helping my diet. It also means I can save which is a bonus.

As part of planning for the week, I  prioritise what I need to attend to or where I need to be. It is important that you are at the right place, at the right time, and for the right reasons. From my past experience,  I felt I had to be everywhere and meet up with everyone, this had a major effect on me. This year, I am focusing my time on what is most important at every given time.

Having a balance is also important. If you are someone like me who has a lot going on, you need to try to find a balance with everything without neglecting yourself.

So that’s how I plan myself for the week. I hope you found this helpful, I would love to know how you plan for your week. Leave a comment below and let me know!
